All architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, cost estimation algorithms, logos, and software code on Fintech Estimate are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients retain rights to their specific project parameters and custom generated estimates.

3. Estimate Disclaimer

Generated PDF estimates and material cost forecasts are provided as professional preliminary calculations. Final structural engineering and construction costs may vary based on site inspections, local municipal permits, and fluctuating raw material pricing.

4. Limitation of Liability

Fintech Estimate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays, site execution deviations, or third-party construction contractors.
